God of Gods

Trishul is his weapon

Nandi is his vehicle

Cupid was defeated by him

Snake slithers around his neck

Moon hangs up in his matted locks

Lord of three eyes

His blue throat radiates divinity

Tiger skin draped around his waist glorifies him 

He is attuned to the cosmic dance 

With Shakti as his other half 

With the mighty Ganga originating from him

Purifying the Earth

Father of the God of auspicious beginnings

Thousand names he has 

Rudra, Mahadev, Shiva...

 My Review on the book named "The Sarasvati Civilisation - A Paradigm Shift in Ancient Indian History" Written by Major General (Dr.) GD BAKSHI SM, VSM A wonderful and a very informative book  Major General (Dr.) GD BAKSHI SM, VSM is an author of over thirty books and over three hundred research papers in major journals.
